Bacon day is Coming!
Bacon Day is coming. Are you ready? If you are planning a bacon day, let us know and we can try to help with recipe ideas. If you have a bunch of side dishes, but need help finding a desert let us know and we will find something. If you have any great ideas for a dish let us know so that it can go world wide.

Chocolate Dipped Carmelized Bacon
Ingredients:
1 lb bacon
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tub Baker's Dipping Chocolate
Preparation:
Cut each slice of bacon in half, crosswise. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and thoroughly coat each slice of bacon. Twist slices or leave flat, and place on rack in broiler or jellyroll pan in a 350° oven.
Bake until bacon is crisp and sugar is bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes. The sugar can burn quickly, so watch closely. Let cool and heat up chocolate according to directions. Dip the ends of each bacon piece in the chocolate and put on a plate. Place the plate in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Caramelized RiceCrispy & Bacon Treats
Directions:
Line rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper or wax paper, or butter it well.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Let it keep cooking slowly until it turns brown and caramely smellling.
Stir marshmallows into butter. Stir often, until mixture is melted.
Turn off heat, add cereal, and mix well. Fold into pan and press down into shape. Once cool, cut into squares or bars.
